ONE KILLED; 29 INJURED (Received Nov. 27, 11 a.m.) ; • MELBOURNE, NoV. 27. One woman was killed and 29 other passengers were injured when a picnic van. got out of control >yhile coming down Devil’s Elbow, a steep incline, and crashed into a bank at a speed of 50 miles an hour.
