INVESTIGATION WANTED (Received Nov. 27, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Nov. 2d. A tug conveying many distinguished persons, and also 20,000 signatures to a petition to Parliament for an investigation of the conditions of the mercantile service, will steam up the Thames to Westminster on Thursday, prior to Admiral Nelson Ward presenting the petition.
