ULSTER ELECTIONS
OPTIMISTIC FORECAST TWO TO ONE MAJORITY LONDON, Nov. 26. Mr T>o Valera’s decision not to miter Southdown in pursuance of his candidature prevented the necessity, urged by many Orangemen, of banning his entry to Ulster. Health reasons will prevent Lord Craigavon and Mr Devlin attending meetings. The election will undoubtedly result in a two to one majority in favor of continuance of the union with England.
