LARGE VESSEL SUNK
SEQUEL TO FIRE BRIGADE’S LONG FIGHT (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. . RUGBY, Nov., 24. In consequence of a fire which broke out on the steamship Jamaica Producer, while lying in the East India dock, London, it was found necessary to sink her She is a vessel of 7472 tons. The fire was fought for 10 hours by 200 firemen and 36 engines.
