FRENCH SURTAX
CONCESSIONS POSSIRLE LONODN, Nov. 24. Mr. Walter Ruuciman’s speech in the House of Commons lias aroused .interest in official French circles. It is learned unofficially that the Government is opposed to the total suppression of the surtax, but may be willing to exempt a large number ot important British products and make concessions in other wavs.
