NEW CUBAN REGIME
AMERICAN RECOGNITION NEW YORK, Nov. 24. A message from Warm Springs states that in a move believed to be the precursor to the recognition of Sc nor San Martin’s Cuban regime, Mr. Roosevelt announced that the Assistant-Secretary of State, Mr. Gallery, would succeed the Ambassador, Mr. Welles, in the near future.
