Tho building will cost over £IO,OOO. There is still plenty of activity in the old gold buying market in Christchurch. The biiying of sovereigns has dwindled away, but people still are finding trinkets! to dispose of. One wholesale buyer said that he was still receiving about £2OO worth of old gold a week.
