The Greymouth Boxing Association has raised ±llsO, with more to follow, to assist the relatives of the late Bert Lowe, who died recently after a bout on the West Coast. The Otago association has made a grant of £2l and many sums a 1-3 being raised in Dunedin. The New Zealand Boxing Council lias agreed i to forgo all organising charges up till April next to any association runniug a, Lowe benefit tournament.
