NEW AIR SERVICE
HOLLAND TO ENGLAND LONDON, Nov. 21. The Royal Dutch Air Line negotiations to start a daily Amsterdam-Null service across tho North 'Sea, bringing Hull within two hours of the Continent, are almost finalised. The service probably will extend to Manchester, Liverpool and Newcastle.
