ATTENUATED PARTY
LONDON, Sept. 20. The convention of the Labor Party at Hastings next month will receive a melancholy report regarding membership and finances. The total affiliated membership just over 2,000,000, is the lowest since 1914, and contrasts with the peak year of 1920 when the Labor Party had nearly 4,500,000 members.
