GISBORNE CLUB A number of competitions were conducted in connection with the opening of the Gisborne Croquet Club yesterday afternoon, these resulting as under: Ring the bell: Mrs. Burch. Ladder contest: Mrs. Armstrong. Golf croquet: Mrs. Wilson. Clock croquet: Mrs. Mann. Hoops : Mrs. McKinnon. Pegging ; Mrs. Ashworth.
