WAR DEBT DISCUSSION
PRESIDENT INTERVIEWED (Received November 2, noon.) WASHINGTON, Nov. 1. President Roosevelt received sir Ronald Lindsay and Sir Frederick LeithRoss to-day. Before the conference, Mr. Roosevelt indicated that he was not aware of particulars of the war debt status, but said he was ready to hear what the British bad to offer.
