ACTION IN EUROPE FRANCE AND RUSSIA LONDON, Sept, 11. The •Ne.ws-Chronicle’s Paris correspondent reports that the flight of the French Air Minister with experts to Russia, is regarded as having much significance. It has suggested a regrouping ot nations to meet the Hitlerite menace. Russia possesses a great air force, and with France on the other side, such a step would mean simultaneous reprisals in the event of German aggression. This has been the dread of every German strategist.
