THE REICHSTAG FIRE GOERING ACCUSED (Received “Sept. 13, noon.) PARIS, Sept. 12. A meeting attended bv 15,000 'people, at which Maitres Torres, Moro, and Giaferri declared that Torgler was innocent and General Goering himself the incendiary of the Reichstag, passed a resolution denouncing the “parody of justice prepared at Leipzig, where the guilty were arrogating to themselves the right to judge their victims. The French people refuse to place confidence in partisan magistrature."
