HUGE DROP IN VALUE LONDON, Sept, 12. The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent says that though official tongues and pens are daily declaring that the clouds of depression are rapidly dispersing, the Berliner Tageblatt shows that, since the end of July, shares quoted on the Bourse reveal an aggregate drop of £25,000,000. Since 1929, the total value has fallen from £825,000,000 to £350.000.000.
