ISLAND BAY TRAGEDY (TVr Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Expressing tho view that, ho had no doubt that the plaintiff was entitled to damages, the Chief Justice, Sir Alichael Myers, to-day awarded Mrs. Eunice Dickson, the widowed mother of Finest Joseph Dickson, £’so on her claim for £SOO damages against Frederick Hooker. Dickson was one of the four people killed when a ear driven by Hooker went, over a bank at Island Bay on April 1.
