(Received August 30, 10.15 a.m.) NEW YORK, Aug. 29. A message from Algonac (Michigan) states that Mr. Scott Paine will not start the motors of iiis Miss Britain 111 again until tho time for the first Ilarmsworth Trophy race on Saturday. “My boat is performing beautifully and it is not necessary to take any unnecessary chances,” he said. “I am ready for the race.”
