BRITISH HONDURAS
FINANCIAL COMMISSION (British Official Wireless.) Rec. 10 a.m. RUGBY, Aug. 28. Sir Alan Pirn, late of the Indian Civil Service, lias been appointed financial commissioner to visit British Honduras to investigate the financial policy and economic prospects. Mr. Luke, of tho Colonial Office, will accompany him as secretary. It is expected that he will leave England on October 19.
