CITIZENS ARRESTED
THE ST. PIERRE DISORDERS Sd\ PIERRE (Miquelon), Aug. 27. A number of citizens of St. Pierre have been arrested, and sailors are patrolling the streets. The Governor’s action in imposing taxes was taken in disregard of a protesting vote by the elected members of the Government Council.
