The attorney for the executor of the estate .of Mrs. Harry Carl Johnson, of Blanchard, la., contended that the peanut lodged in her esophagus, led to her death and that this could be classified as accidental. An I® Blll '' ance company contended that ■ death was not accidental within the meaning of the terms of an insurance policy. '
