The S.S. and A. Company’s liner Mataroa. has wirelessed that she should arrive at Wellington on the morning of Thursday, August 17, with passengers from Southampton. The S.S. and A. Company’s steamer Matakana is expected to leave Wanganui at 10 o’clock to-night for Gisborne, where she is due on Friday morning to load for Home. Lyttelton,—August 9: Arrived, Maori, 6.45 a. m., from Wellington; Waiinarino, 7.5 a.in., from Timaru. Dunedin. —August 9: Arrived, Zealatidic, 7.15 a.m., and Holmdale, 9.45 a.m.. from Wellington; Calm, 7.50 a.m., from Wanganui.
