DUTY INCREASES PRICES (Received April 30. 2 p.m.) OTTAWA. April 19. Addressing the Dominion Dairy Con volition, Mr. Weir stated that the dut' on butter importations had raised tin price to 19 cents, 10 cents higher thai in the United States.
