BRITISH PREMIER’S VISIT (Received April 20, noon.) ABOARD THE BERENGAELA, April 19. This vessel is expect 'd to reach quarantine, New York, at 11 a.m. on Friday. Mr Ramsay MacDonald spent all this afternoon working on preparations for the Washington discussions. At a carnival dinner last night, Mr MacDonald entertained Mr Sam Gold ,vyn, the film producer, Mrs Goldwyn and the ship’s captain.
