HITLER’S NEW DOCTRINE TO OUST ALIEN RACES BERLIN, March 18. The past week has made it manifest that the “National” revolution is translating into action one of its fundamental tenets; that bnly Germans of Germanic extraction are to be counted as full Germans and that all others must be excluded from those posts which would enable them to influence the public mind. There is not an issuo of any newspaper sympathetic to the National Government of Adolf Hitler —who was born in Austria —but chronicles events showing an inevitable drift in this direction. The broader foundation on which this orientation rests is the conten tibn that the Jewish spirit has been inimical to the national reconstruction of Germany.

SEVEN DEMANDS ARE DRAWN UP. Exceptional treatment may bo accorded only to lawyers who were at the front or lost their sons there: ’ ’ JEWISH JUDGES FORCIBLY EXPELLED. The Breslau courts resumed business after a three-day tcccss, due to the forcible expulsion of Jewish judges and lawyers. The only trials oh the calendar, however, were those not involving Jewish lawyers, and no Jewish judges sat. The contracts of Jewish physicians are to be terminated at tho earliest dates possible and in the meantime they are to be placed on leave of absence as far as the maintenance of hospital service permits, according to tho paper Der Angriff. Hitler’s Voelkischer Beobather singles out one of the university clinics as “one of the worst examples of Jewish arrogance and oppression of Germans. ’ ’ The activities of Bruno Walter, famous orchestra conductor, are being compulsorily ended in Germany. It was announced that he will hot participate in tho concert of th 6 Berlin Philharmonic Orchestra next Monday because he is a Jew.

This follows the order of tho Saxon Hoip'e Minister prohibiting Walter’s participation in a concert at Leipzig. In an effort to avoid prohibition of the Berlin performance, Walter had asked {hat the American singer, Dus'olina Giapnipi, substitute for the evening’s Gzceho-Slovak star/ Novatna; nevertheless he was forbidden to conduct the concert which probably will bo cancelled. During 11 years before the war, Walter was cohdhctOr of tho Rojrnl Court Opera in Vienna.
