TO SPEND £30,000 ON SURVEY PERTH, April 10. Tho Minister for Mines, Mr. Scaddan, said to-day that the Western Mining Corporation, registered in Melbourne, proposed to spend £30,000 in an aerial and geophysical survey in Western Australia. As evidence oi flie company’s bona-iidos, £IO,OOO had been lodged with tlie Treasury. Mr. Scaddau said that £SOOO of the £IO,OOO would be refunded when the company had spent £15,000 and the balance would bo returned when a further £15,000 had been spent.
