SCOUT MOVEMENT
NEW ZEALANDERS HONORED (Received April 17, noon.) LONDON, April 18. Lord Baden-Powell awarded the order of the Silver Wolf, the highest order of the scouting movement, to Sir Alfred Robin, chief commissioner of New Zealand, and the silver medal to Major W. E. S. Furby, secretary of tho movement m New Zealand.
