Business at the Orange (N.S.W.) woollen mills is so brisk that they are now running from G a.m. to 10 p.ia., with 50 extra hands. The findings of the Royal Commission of migrant settlers in Victoria are that the State has not fulfilled its obligations, that there was extravagant propaganda in London and that settlers were not properly handled and settled on arrival.
