HITLER SEEKS INTEREST REVISION BERLIN, Jan. 31. Is Adolf Hitler about to demand a revision of the rates of interest on Germany’s foreign debts at the forthcoming conference with her creditors? Influential politicians believe so. Dr. Jlugenberg, the millionaire member of tho Cabinet, lias publicly declared that lie regards such a step as inevitable. The reduction of interest rates on all debts —some of which are owed to Britain—has been one oi' the main planks of Hitler’s platform in his great fight on what ho called “interest slavery.” _________
