Results wore:— 35 l-3yds. scratch race: N. Crump (Auckland), 1; (>. Griffiths (New South Wales), 2; It. Thomas (Auckland), 3. Time, 15 3-ssec. 50yds. Auckland ladies’ championship: Miss M. Farquhar. 1; Alisscs E. Rainey and S. Grange, dead heat, 2. Time, 39 3-sscc. The Australians return to Sydney today.
NEW RECORD CREATED 100YDS. INTERMEDIATE BOYS (Per Press Association.) DUNEDIN, last night. In a special attempt on the New Zealand intermediate 100yds. intermediate boys’ record this evening, Reg. Geddes, intermediate champion, lowered the existing record of 55 3-ssec., by 4-ssec.
