'('he Prime Minister, Mr. Lyons, todny anounced the result of the Commonwealth 3J per cent. £8.000,0Q0 internal loan, which closed on Monday. The total amount subscribed was £5,066,000 by 4151 applicants. As the loan was underwritten by the Commonwealth Bank and the trading banks, the balance will be subscribed by them
