INDIAN RATIFICATION
THE OTTAWA AGREEMENT CALCUTTA, Dec. 6. Amid cheers, the Legislative Assembly ratified the Ottawa agreement by 77 votes to 25, adopting an .amendment by Sir Hari Singh, Opposition leader, setting a. three-year limit on the agreement. with the rial it to terminate it on •six months’ notice.
