MANCHULI OPEKATIONS TERMINATION REPORTED TOKIO, Dec. 7. At a Cabinet meeting, the War Minister reported the successful termination of the Manehuli operations He had confidence that Japan and Manchukuo, in the closest co-operation with the Soviet authorities, could maintain peace in the Far East.
