FUNDS FOR UNEMPLOYED LONDON, Dec. 1. The, Prince of Wales is heading a national movement to help the unemployed, and the Prime Minister, Mr. Knmsay MacDonald, has consul ted church, education, industry, and social work leaders in regard to the scheme, which will he launched with an appeal for funds very shortly. The funds will' he supplemented by grants from the Government and the Carnegie trustees. Work camps and recreation clubs will be established, with the objeet of preserving the morale of the unemployed.
