M. EUGENE BRIEUX (Received Dec. 7, ,2 p.m.) NICE, Dec. 6. Tho death has occurred of AL Elugeno Brieux, the playwright. Born in 1858. the late M. Brieux.was the author, of a number of famous French plays, the first “Blanchette,” being produced in. 1892. Other notable ones indude “Di Robe, Rouge,” “Simone,’’ “La. Foi,” “L’Avocat,” and “La Famille Lavolette.”
