MANCHURIAN CRISIS
CHINESE REQUEST TO LEAGUE
(Received Dec. 7, noon) GENEVA, Dec. 6. Mr. Yen on behalf of China,,has asked for a declaration that Japan had violated the League covenant and the Pact of Paris, and asked the League to issue instructions that Japan should withdraw troops and also dissolve the Manchukuo Government.
