INCREASE IN EXCHANGE (Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, this day. There has been a revival in Parliamentary circles of a suggestion that the Associated Banks have decided to again consider the question of exchange, but when this was referred to a banking official it was given a very definite denial.
