SEQUEL TO OPERATION ALLEGATION OF NEGLIGENCE (Per Press Association.) HAMILTON, this day. Alleging that ho was negligently and unskilfully treated while a patient of the Waikato Hospital, in that a rubber tube was left in his loft side following an operation, Eric George Hood, a night watchman at Horotiu, is claiming from the Waikato Hospital Board and Dr. Stewart Crawford, in the Supremo Court at Hamilton, bofo"<' a special jury. £B4BB damages. The operation was hold to bo performed six years ago, when tho plaintiff was suffering from empyema. Expert medical evidence was eoneluded last evening. The defence is a denial of tho allegations. Tho plaintiff was nonsuited so far as the board was concerned, and the case against Pr, Crawford in proceeding.
