FIRST ROUND RESULTS WINS TO GISBORNE TEAMS Play in the 11. B. Williams Shield tennis tournament was commenced on Saturday, when the representatives of the Gisborne Lawn Tennis Club secured a-sweeping victory. Play was divided into two (sections, the Gisborne A team meeting a combined team of' tho To Ilapara, Poho-o-Rawiri, and country clubs, while tho Gisborne B team met the representatives, of the Whataupoko club.
