CANADIAN FARM RIOTS (Received Dec. 6, 3 f.m.) WINNIPEG, Dec. 5. Under a heavy police guard, seven farmers, charged with rioting at Arborg, where farm tax sales were, thwarted by the destruction of tax records, were brought here for trial.
