MANCHURIAN STRUGGLE (Received Dec. 6. 3 p.m.) MOSCOW, Dec. 6._ The Chinese army under General Su Ping-Wen is fleeing from the Japanese in Manchuria into Soviet territory. The Russians already have disarmed and interned 1000 officers and men, including General Su Ping-Wen and his staff.
