WELLINGTON DECISION (Per Press Association.) WELLINGTON, this day. Following a consultation with the Commissioner of Police, the Mayor of Wellington,' Mr. T. C. A. Hislop, announced a discontinuance of permits for any form of street procession or demonstration whatever. > ■ Keen disappointment is felt by the A promoters of a hoy unemployment campaign, who have just fmtlised arrangements for a number of processions in connection with their movement.
