THE cancellation ,of all inter-AJlied war debts is urged in “Wo Have Paid Enough!—Europe’s Message to America," in which the question is critically, examined by Professor T. Cl. Tucker ’(Australia), Sisley Huddlestone (English), Frederick W. Peabody (American), Edward Cavendish (English), Pierre Marquet (French), Frederick E. Coe and William Jamieson (English), Louis Marin (French), Henry Bourne Joy (American), Lystor Cole Baker (English), and Gerald' O’Ryan (American.) “TJntil recently," says Mr. Coe in a preface, “it has been the order of the da'y in this country to print little that f was severely critical of the U.S. war debt policy.
