The Finance Minister, Mr. Takahaski, threatens that unless yen speculation ceases, the .Government will exercise control of exchange ami even trade. He vigorously attacked expert bankers who sacriiieed the national interest selfishly, deeming profit everything and policy nothing, employing cunning tricks and lying talk. He extolled the superior methods of British bankers.
