COMPROMISE CABINET
NEW GERMAN MOVE SCHLEICHER AS CHANCELLOR (Received Dec. 5, 11 a.rn.) BERLIN, Dec. 2. General Schleicher has undertaken to form a Cabinet, which probably will include Baron von Nenrnth as Foreign Minister. General Schleicher intends to adopt a notice of compromise, abandoning his ideas of revising the constitution in the. hope of averting open hostility with the Reichstag.
