A RECORD TURNOVER WIND-UP OF CONVERSIONS (British Official Wireless.) Bee. 10 o.m. RUGBY, Dec. 1. In tho city to day a turnover of credits exceeding the magnificent previous record took place. Approximately £900,000,CG0 will be prid into or disbursed by tho Bank of England. These huge credit displacements mark the final winding up of tho past year's conversion operations. The chief disbursements are in respect of the repayment of principal of the unconverted war loan, of the 41 per cent, war loan, and of tho 41 per cent. Tieasucy bonds, and the war loan dividend payments, while the chief payments to the Bank of England are in respect to calls of 51 per cent, on the 3 per cent, conversion loan and 95 per cent, on the, 2 per cent. Treasury bonds. On a balance, the market’s supplies of cash will be increased to a moderate extent.
