An alleged error in the survey and formation of a piece of road in the I | bluntly district, more than 20 years ago led to an action being taken in the {Hamilton Supreme Court by a farmer against the Registrar-General of Land and the Raglan County Council. Plainly claimed £IOO damages, or an order pH removing fi’om the register the plan of - (the road.
