AGONY OF SUSPENSE
CONDEMNED MURDERERS PROSPECTS OF REPRIEVE (Received Dec. 2,2 p.m.) BERLIN, Dec. L Fifteen condemned murderers, including- two women,.are suffering the agony of suspense because of a wrangle as to which of Prussia’s two Governments has the right to commute death sentences.
Herr Braun, the Prussian Premier, claims that he is responsible, while Marshal von Ilindcnburg’s recent decree gives the duty to the federal commissioner.
