APPEAL DISMISSED
BOULDER MINES CASE LONDON, Nov. 22. The Privy Council to-day disiiiisscd the appeal from the Supreme Court or Western Australia, Great Boulder Mines versus Seri veil. TRIEUTERS ELATED PGR Til, Nov. 23. The appeal to the Privy Council by the Groat Boulder Proprietary .Mine was against the judgment that tributers were entitled to participation on a 50-50 basis with mining companies in the premium resulting from the increased rate of exchange. The test case was heard in Perth nearly 15 months ago, when the Chief Justice, Bir John Northmen', gave hie decision in favor of the tributers.
The dismissal of the appeal will mean the distribution of approximately £150,000 among the tributers of the Golden Mine and Boulder.. The tributors are, elated at their success after the long delay.
