BRETON AGITATORS
SEPARATIONISTS’ DEMAND LONDON, Nov. 23. The Daily Mail has received a remarkable letter, posted in. Paris and signed “Gwenn Ha Du,” a name used by tho Breton separatists. It explained that the attempt to wreck with a bomb the train on which the Prime Minister, M. Harriot, was travelling on Sunday was a designedly inoffensive gesture, and that every precaution was taken to prevent an accident. “French rulers will lie welcome in Brittany only when they restore Breton liberty, ’ said the letter. “A repetition of the visit may expose them to real danger.”
