FLORAL PAGEANT NEW ZEALAND’S INTEREST (Eloc. Tel. Copyright—United Press Assn.) (Received Nov. 30, 2 p.m.) SYDNEY, Nov. 30. Fired by the success of the floral 'pageant in connection with the opening of the Harbor Bridge in March, the organisers thereof have decided to make an annual effort on .similar lines associated with a gala week in the Easter holiday season. New Zealand will he directly interested in the floral float depicting the historic, Maori canoe with a party of paddlers in full war kit. The Government Trade 'Commissioner, Mr Schmitt, and several cx-Ncw Zealanders form a committee preparing this item, which is expected to furnish a unique feature of the programme.
